This is a gift to me from my dear friend

Quilt Architect.

The symbols are just beautiful and so full meaning.

Every detail was so thoughtful.

I will show the reverse side of the tea cup cozy tomorrow.

A heart felt thank you!

All that hand stitching! It is lovely, and the snail is a perfect metaphor. What a nice gift, a tea cup cozy. Much heart went into that piece.

It is so beautiful…All the hand stitching just lovely…and the colors are perfect.
She sent a separate letter with a detailed explanation of every little symbol, color
and what each thing meant symbolically. I am so touched.

It is so full of meaning and I just realized I forgot to photograph
the under side. It could be reversible. She used the most beautiful
patchwork of different jewel tone corduroys.
It is a really special gift : )
